Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides content distribution, security and DNS services for web traffic transmitted to and from Doddle. It allows us to efficiently manage web traffic and help secure the application from malicious activity. The primary information Cloudflare has access to is information in and associated with the Doddle website URL that the user is interacting with (which includes End-User IP address). All information (which will include service data) contained in web traffic transmitted to and from Doddle is transmitted through Cloudflare's systems, but Cloudflare does not have access to this information.

Our relationship with Cloudflare is governed by their Terms of Use and a GDPR compliant EU Data Processing Agreement.

Digital Ocean

Digital Ocean provides the cloud infrastructure which hosts all of the Doddle platform, holds all production files and data, and serves this content to the end user through our domain names.

Digital Ocean allow us to store all our Data in London Data Centres which are ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified.

Digital Ocean are also active participants in and comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

Our relationship is governed by their standard Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy in line with GDPR requirements.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

We use AWS to store our continuous daily backups of all files and data used to run the Doddle platform which enables us to provide an efficient and uninterrupted service.

Amazon store their Data in USA Data Centres and participates in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Our relationship is governed by their standard Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy in line with GDPR requirements.

Google Inc.

We use Google Analytics to help us understand the way people use Doddle so we can make it better and communicate relevant information to users. To provide this Google collects anonymised statistical data about the use of our website and applications.

Stripe

We process debit and credit card payments using Stripe Payments Europe Limited. a worldwide payments provider. The main capture is through their european subsidiary based in Ireland, but some of the data is passed to Stripe Inc. the parent company in the USA. For this transfer to be lawful they employ the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (“Model Clauses”) to allow for the lawful transfer of such data under the EU Data Directive.

Mailgun Technologies, Inc.

All the transactional emails from Doddle are sent out through Mailgun Technologies, Inc. That means sharing email addresses and email content.

Slack

We primarily use Slack for internal electronic communications. It’s entirely possible that at times these discussions will be about customers and particular situations they need assistance with, and in that regard data will be shared.

Slack store their Data in USA Data Centres and have certified with EU-US Privacy Shield.

Freshdesk

We use Freshdesk for external electronic communications between ourselves and the clubs we partner with. It’s entirely possible that at times these discussions will be about customers and particular situations they need assistance with, and in that regard data will be shared.

Freshdesk store their Data in USA Data Centres provided through AWS and Google Cloud Platform and are ISO/IEC 27001 certified.

Our relationship is governed by their Terms of Service and a GDPR compliant Data Processing Addendum.
